OneMail Desktop

A local-first desktop email client for Windows and Linux.

What is OneMail Desktop?

OneMail Desktop is a desktop application (Windows and Linux) that lets you read, organise, and send email from your own mail accounts — including Gmail via Google sign-in, and any other IMAP/SMTP account. It works like a traditional desktop mail client (comparable to Outlook or Thunderbird): everything runs and is stored locally on your own computer, so you can read and search your mail even offline.

OneMail Desktop connects directly to your existing email accounts over IMAP/SMTP, or via Google sign-in for Gmail. All mail is fetched, stored, and searched locally on your own computer — there is no OneMail Desktop server, and no account data passes through any server the developer operates.
